I haven't lost my childhood love of snow and I still find joy in every snowfall. Snowy days are especially beautiful in the mountains. There's something wrong with anyone who looks out on a snowy world and doesn't have the urge to throw a snowball or build a snowman.
Estes Park topped out at 12 - 14 inches. Our kind neighbor, John, appeared an hour ago with his snow blower and cleared paths in our upper and lower driveways. I'll be able to get out to Trail Ridge Quilters this afternoon.
